A development and coaching program designed to support Inclusive leaders who lead or aspire to lead more diverse teams. The programme aims to raise your awareness of creating inclusive cultures, better understand the requirements and challenges of minority groups and compliment your existing leadership strengths with new tools and strategies. Six 60 min focused coaching sessions with intra session learning and development. Optional additional sessions and group coaching for leadership teams built in as needed and agreed. What do I get 1.
