ME
Passionate About Helping Diverse individuals & Organisations Realise their Potential

I have over 20 years of experience working in change, operations and business leadership roles. Throughout this time, I have developed a passion for creating inclusive and diverse teams, ultimately improving diversity at senior leadership levels. I have a driving belief that ‘diversity in leadership should be representative of diversity in people led and customers served’.
​
I am a highly experienced leader who has led large operational teams, small technical teams, business P&L teams and bespoke project teams across different sectors and locations. I have consulted to and facilitated senior teams shaping organisational strategy, develop transformation programs and build team effectiveness.
As an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, I played a foundational role in setting up and running a professional global coaching faculty within a major global financial services organisation making coaching affordable and accessible to more leaders across the business increasing performance and leadership capability.

As a leadership coach and facilitator, I have designed and facilitated talent development programs aimed at improving gender diversity at senior levels and have developed a bespoke coaching programme aimed at supporting minority professionals navigate into senior leadership roles. I facilitate live and virtual leadership programmes for senior, emerging and graduate leaders, develop coaching skills in leaders for better performance conversations and facilitate group coaching in small cohorts for deeper practice and feedback.

On diversity, I have recognised and experienced first-hand the lack of diversity in large corporate organisations, particularly on minority and gender representation in senior leadership roles. I believe this is a direct result of little to no focus and investment in developing minority groups and also because many leaders are uncomfortable in having the knowledge, awareness and skills needed to create truly inclusive teams and organisations. Therefore I have made it my mission to design and deliver bespoke development and coaching programmes for minority groups and also support leaders of diverse teams to help them create truly inclusive environments and workplaces.
