My name is Imtiyaz and I'm passionate about helping leaders lead! I'm also a strong believer in leadership diversity to help create a fairer and more tolerant world.

 

I believe in a world where everyone should have access to great leadership whatever their backgrounds or bias. Therefore I have made it my mission to make this true even if that's helping one leader at a time.

 

We all need great leaders, from the most powerful ones trying to run our countries and organisations to the ones helping in our local communities and running small businesses.  Leaders should be as diverse as the people they lead and the customers they serve!

 

I believe everyone of us is a leader and lead something in some way.  We all need inspiration and support at some stage and so this site has been created as a way of helping everyone lead in a way that achieves better common outcomes.
